This web site was born because of my infinitive passion for
bicycle
and for my place of birth. In the last few years I saw growing up the
number of cyclists that have been riding through these places. In 1993
it was opened the Arsiè's tunnel and many roadworks
were
realized to smooth flowing the car traffic.
At first, these roadworks have cut off all of these little villages
from the main road; by the other hand, this seemingly negative effect
let these zones become quieter and become the ideal
destinations for the bicycle's lovers and for whom is a
very outdoor person. Infact the old roads, communal
and provincial, have become deserted, therefore a paradise for
the cycle's amateurs! These little villages are living a second
youthness, especially during the weekend, when a lot of cyclists pass
by. I've always wondered if there was a site that could describe these
routes, but being outside from the main touristic ways,
nobody
made this.
So I decided to
face
this "web adventure" where I have collected the routes and the
paths that I've covered and I hope you like it.
